I was often sick during my adolescent years and did not eat properly or work out - two things that could have wildly improved my health conditions. It was not until I was 27 years old, and almost too ill to function or take care of my children, that I finally took healthy living seriously and into my own hands. Through nutrition, I transformed my little-to-no energy days into ones full of stamina and joy.

I created a lifestyle that gave me the power, strength and stamina I needed to thrive.
